Alec Longstreth is a two-time Ignatz Award winning cartoonist. He has been self-publishing his minicomic Phase 7 since 2002, and intends to continue doing so for the rest of his life. In 2014 he self-published his first graphic novel, Basewood. His comics work has also appeared in anthologies published by Villard, Three Rivers Press, and Dark Horse Comics, as well as Tugboat Press and many other indie publishers. Two French translations of Alec’s graphic novels have been published by L’employÌ© du Moi.
